The entire Technologie Park, which is appealing in both architectural and functional design, is made up of three sections:

Building TPH 1-2
with an all-purpose design for office, production, or laboratory space with areas starting at 150 m² and clearances from 2.80 m up to 4.90 m

Builing TPH 3
for offices with dimensions starting at 32 m²
Several of the areas can easily be connected with each other, making rental space up to 1,200 m² also possible. Even the areas that are not directly next to each other can be easily electronically connected.
Renovations or adjustments for individual needs can be quickly, and above all, cost effectively made possible.
Additionally, technology or digitally based start-ups have special space and service offers available to them through CO:FORWARD.
